This FAQ provides clear answers on how the Telecom Stack affiliate program works, including eligibility, contracts, commissions, payments, tax responsibilities, and client billing and support. Do I need a company?
No. You can participate as an individual or as a registered company, subject to local laws and tax requirements.
How do I get paid?
You are paid commission for eligible, successfully onboarded clients referred to Telecom Stack. Payments are made via EFT, into the agreed to bank account recorded on the affiliates records.
Is it recurring?
Yes. Commissions are recurring for as long as the referred client remains active and in good standing, subject to the affiliate terms.
What level of support do I get?
You receive affiliate support for referrals, tracking, and payments. Full technical and account support is provided directly to the client by Telecom Stack.
What if the client needs help?
Telecom Stack handles all client onboarding, billing, and ongoing support. Affiliates are not required to provide technical or account support.
Who handles billing & support?
Telecom Stack is fully responsible for client contracts, billing, collections, and service support.
Am I liable for tax on these payments?
Yes. You are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes due on affiliate income in accordance with your local regulations.
Is there a contract?
Yes. Participation in the affiliate program is subject to acceptance of the Telecom Stack Affiliate Terms.
What happens if I stop actively referring or promoting?
You will continue to receive commission on existing active referrals, provided the client remains active and compliant with the affiliate terms.
What happens if I am in a different country?
International affiliates are welcome. Payments are made subject to applicable regulations, tax requirements, and supported payment methods.
What do I need to do to get the payment? Raise an invoice to TS?
You must submit a valid invoice to Telecom Stack, including any required tax or registration details.
What currencies am I paid in?
Payments are made in in Euro, unless otherwise specified.
How often do I get paid?
Payments are made monthly, following successful invoice submission and reconciliation.
Are there any deductions?
Yes. Deductions may include applicable taxes (where legally required), foreign exchange, bank or transaction fees, unpaid client balances, or confirmed fraudulent activity.
How are referrals tracked?
Referrals are tracked using unique referral links or manual referral attribution confirmed by Telecom Stack. Final attribution is determined by Telecom Stack’s internal records.
When does a referral become eligible for commission?
A referral becomes eligible once the client has been successfully onboarded, is live on a Telecom Stack service, and has paid their first invoice.
Is there a minimum payout threshold?
No. All payouts are made in full on a regular cycle.
Can Telecom Stack terminate an affiliate account?
Yes. Telecom Stack may suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time in cases of fraud, misuse, breach of terms, or regulatory requirements.
Can commission rates change?
Yes. Commission rates may be updated from time to time. Any changes will apply prospectively and will not affect commissions already earned.
Can I refer my own company?
No. You wont be able to benefit from referring your own company or an company that you work for.
What services are commissionable?
Commissions apply to eligible Telecom Stack services as defined in the affiliate program at the time of referral. Certain products or promotions may be excluded.
