Most people arrive here for one of three reasons
“The line is fine. The provider is not.”
A fault takes three days and four phone calls. Nobody owns the account. The bill has items on it that nobody can explain.
One account manager, and one support team“There is no fibre at our site.”
You have been quoted a civils bill to bring fibre to the building, or told the exchange will not reach you, and the conversation stopped there.
Two other ways in, checked at the address“Four sites, four providers, four bills.”
Each depot was connected by whoever could reach it, on different terms and different renewal dates, and no one has a view across them.
One account, one renewal, one billThree ways to get connected
Most providers sell a single technology and tell you where it reaches. We carry three, so the answer to “can you connect this site” is rarely no.
Fibre to the building
Up to 2 Gbps with a static IP. The default wherever it reaches, and the only option here that holds its speed at the same number all day regardless of who else is on it.
5G
Up to 500 Mbps, with no civils and no wayleave. What you get depends on the coverage at that address, which is what the check establishes before you commit to anything.
Satellite
120–270 Mbps for sites the other two cannot reach. Upload and latency sit closer to a good mobile connection than to fibre.
Static IP on fibre
For VPNs, remote access, site-to-site links and anything that has to be allow-listed at the far end. Included on the fibre tiers.
Firewall options
Specified with you. Where you already run your own, we hand off cleanly to it and stay out of the way.
Support on the connection
Standard cover comes with the account and runs through business hours, handled by the same team as everything else you run with us.
Talk to us about the best connection for your site
We run the check against the address itself, across fibre, 5G and satellite, and recommend the best available solutions to meet your needs.
Send us the address. We will tell you what can be delivered to it.
Business-quality connections, supported by our team
Your business runs on the connection, so every line here is specified and supported by Telecom Stack. The team that answers already knows your sites, your kit and the phone system running on top of it.- Routers and access points specified and configured for the site, or we work with the equipment you already run
- Installation arranged where the connection needs one, and a configuration session if you want one
- Direct support
- One account and one bill, however many sites you connect
| Connection | Best for | From |
|---|---|---|
| Fibre to 500 Mbps | Smaller teams and lighter day-to-day use. | €58 / month |
| Fibre to 1 Gbps | Most offices. Cloud applications, voice and card payments on one line. | €68 / month |
| Fibre to 2 Gbps | Heavier use. Large file transfer, video and busier sites. | €78 / month |
| 5G to 500 Mbps | Sites fibre cannot reach. The SIM alone at this price, or €45 per month with a router supplied and configured. | €25 / month |
| Satellite 120–270 Mbps | Sites neither fibre nor 5G reaches. | €120 / month |
All prices exclude VAT and are confirmed in writing once the availability check comes back for your address.
Every depot connected by whoever could reach it
It is how most multi-site businesses end up. Each location was connected when it opened, by whichever provider could serve that address, on its own terms and its own renewal date. Nobody set out to run four suppliers.
We take the sites on as one account. The lines stay whatever each address can carry — fibre here, 5G there — but the contract, the renewal and the bill stop being three of everything.
Running sites on more than one provider? We will map what you have before suggesting anything.
What sits underneath
The detail your IT or security people will want before signing this off.Addressing
Fibre carries a static IP. 5G and satellite do not, so a site running inbound VPN, site-to-site links, remote access to on-site equipment or anything allow-listed at the far end belongs on fibre.
Edge equipment
We supply and set up the router and access points, or configure against what you already run. Firewall options are specified with you; where you operate your own, we hand off to it.
Router management
We hold the administrator credentials and set up the equipment. Changes go through our support desk, and anything done on site is confirmed with us first.
Support
The connection is supported by our own team in Ireland, the same people who handle your phone system, so there is no explaining your setup from scratch. Standard cover runs business hours, with 24/7 available.
Resilience
Where a site wants a second path on the connection, a 5G line can sit alongside the fibre and stay in place as a permanent backup on the same account.
Satellite placement
A dish needs a clear view of a wide arc of sky, not just one line of sight. Trees, an adjacent building or a roof that cannot take a mount will affect it, so the position matters as much as the coverage at the address.
Questions we are asked
- Is fibre available at my address?
- That is what the check answers. Fibre availability varies street by street, so the only reliable answer comes from running your address rather than reading a coverage map. Send it to us and we come back inside a day.
- What if fibre does not reach us?
- Then we look at 5G, and at satellite if 5G will not serve the site either. Both are quoted off the same check, so you see all the options that will actually work at that building side by side.
- How long does installation take?
- 5G is the quickest because there are no civils involved. Fibre depends on what is already in the ground at the address and whether a wayleave is needed, which the check tells us. We give you a date once the survey is back, not before.
- Can you take over the connections we already have?
- In most cases yes. We map the sites, the terms and the renewal dates first, then tell you which are worth moving now and which are better left until they expire.
- Do I get a static IP?
- Yes, one as standard on every fibre line. Additional addresses or a routed block are available on request.
- Who supplies the router?
- We do, or we configure against equipment you already own. How the hardware is provided depends on the connection: it may come with the service, be rented alongside it, or be bought outright.
- What happens if the line goes down?
- A single connection is a single point of failure, whatever technology it runs on. Where a site cannot afford to be offline, a 5G backup sits behind the main line and takes over, which is a separate product with its own router and configuration.
- What is the contract term?
- Terms vary by connection, from month to month up to a minimum of 24 months. Confirmed upfront.
