A business account, not a consumer plan with a business name on it
One price per user, fixed for the term. One bill however many SIMs you run. A named account manager rather than a call centre queue, and the same support team you would reach about anything else you run with us, not a mobile network’s consumer desk. Billing sits on the same monthly cycle as your other services with us, raised in arrears. SIM controls, porting handled, numbers kept.
None of that is available on a consumer tariff, and most of it is what actually costs you time once the SIMs are in people’s hands.
What is on every SIM
Unlimited calls and texts, Ireland, UK and EU
Unlimited data
250 international minutes and texts
Roaming across Europe included
SIM controls for the business
Numbers ported at no cost
No bundled allowance to run out of, and no overage on your bill. Unpredictable mobile costs are usually the result of someone quietly going past a data limit; there is no limit here to go past.
Use of the network is subject to Vodafone’s own terms and fair usage policy.
One account, or one supplier per service
Most businesses end up with a network for the mobiles, an ISP for the broadband and someone else again for the phone system. Each is defensible on its own. What it costs you is in the joins.
| A supplier per service | One account with us | |
|---|---|---|
| Who you buy from | A network for mobile, an ISP for broadband, someone else again for the phone system | One account covering phones, mobile, broadband, payments and hardware |
| The bill | One per supplier, each on its own cycle | One bill, one cycle, raised in arrears |
| Who you call | A separate desk per product, each seeing only its own part | One team, with your whole setup in front of them |
| When something breaks | Suppliers point at each other and you coordinate | One named account manager, accountable across the lot |
| Service levels | Standard terms, the same for everyone | Response commitments agreed with you where you need them |
| How the services fit together | Each one configured in isolation | Configured to work together — mobiles in call queues, announcements, failover |
| Adding a service | A new supplier, a new procurement, a new onboarding | Added to the account you already have |
| Moving across | Yours to coordinate, supplier by supplier | Validated up front and managed by our team; you confirm only what the providers ask for |
Take as much or as little of it as suits you
Just the SIMs
Plenty of businesses need nothing else, and that is a complete purchase as far as we are concerned. Unlimited SIMs, numbers ported across and one bill, with the same account manager and support team behind them as everything else we run. Nothing else is bundled in, and nothing is assumed about what you buy next.
SIMs alongside your phone system
Mobiles can sit inside your call flow rather than beside it: added to a queue or as a forwarding number, with an announcement telling whoever answers that it is a business call before they pick up. Nothing falls through to a voicemail nobody checks.
SIMs as part of the stack
Phones, broadband, payments and support from the same place, on one bill, with one person accountable when something needs sorting. It also lets you scale to what the business actually needs without taking on more operational infrastructure to manage: growth adds users and services, not more suppliers and systems to run.
Flexible enough to be what you need, when you need it.
What you pay, and when
Billing runs monthly and in arrears, on the same cycle as anything else you take from us, so mobile does not arrive on a schedule of its own. Predictable, reliable and routine.
Twelve months is longer than our platform terms, which run on 30 days’ notice, and we would rather you knew that here than found it in a contract.
Anything used outside the plan is charged at Vodafone’s published rates and added to your bill.
€25per user, per month
Twelve-month term, billed monthly and in arrears.

Questions we are asked
- What does it cost?
- €25 per user per month on a 12-month term. Larger volumes are worth a conversation. Billing is monthly and in arrears, on the same cycle as your other services with us.
- Is there a contract?
- Yes. Business Mobile runs on a 12-month commitment. That is different from our Cloud PBX platform, which runs on 30 days’ notice, and we would rather say so here than have it come as a surprise.
- Do we get handsets?
- No. This is SIM-only. Nothing to write off, nothing to roll out, and no device cost buried in the monthly figure.
- Can we keep our numbers?
- Yes, and porting costs you nothing. Tell us which numbers you hold and who they are with, and we handle the move. One thing worth knowing: a number still inside a contract elsewhere cannot move until that agreement has run its course, so a quick word with your current provider about end dates will tell us when to start.
- What happens if someone uses a lot of data?
- Nothing happens to your bill. There is no bundled allowance to run out of and no overage charge to reconcile at month end, which is the part that usually makes mobile costs unpredictable. Use of the network is subject to Vodafone’s own terms and fair usage policy.
- What happens if we use something outside the plan?
- Calls and data outside the plan are charged at Vodafone’s published rates, which are listed on their own website, and added to your bill. There can be a delay between a charge being incurred and it reaching a bill, so some usage may appear on a later bill than the month it happened in.
- Does it work outside Ireland?
- Calls and texts to the UK and the EU are included, roaming across Europe is included, and there are 250 international minutes and texts on top. Heavy international use is better handled with a roaming package, which we will tell you about rather than let you discover on a bill.
- Can our mobiles work with our office phone system?
- Yes, and this is true of any mobile on any network, not only ours. A mobile can sit in a Cloud PBX call queue or act as a forwarding number, with an announcement telling whoever answers that it is a business call before they pick up. If we run your phone system too, we set that up for you.
- How many SIMs do we have to take?
- There is no minimum we insist on. Plenty of businesses take mobile and nothing else, and that is a complete purchase as far as we are concerned.
Tell us how many people you need to cover and we will put a figure in front of you.
